Buying a property in Spain is a very different process to buying
a property in many other European countries. We at Sundial Homes
S.L. will be with you every step of the process, from choosing your
property to the signing of the Escritura (Title Deeds), from negotiating
with the builder or vendor, to arranging your water and electricity
contracts.
Although it is not essential, we would strongly advise you to bring
sufficient funds in the form of a Euro Cheque to place a reservation deposit. This is normally 3000
Euros. |
On arrival we will assist you in;
- Opening a Bank Account
- Obtaining photocopies of your passport
- Getting Passport photos
- Applying for an NIE number
- The NIE number is an ID number for non-Spanish residents and is required to purchase a property in Spain.

If you do not bring your reservation fee with you, it will increase
the chances of somebody else viewing and purchasing your new home
whilst you are waiting for the funds to be transferred to your account
in Spain. Click here for our Euro Conversion
table or use the on-line direct link up to date converter in the
menu.. |
